Hospitality America is a renowned hotel management company with a 30-year track record of operational excellence across Hilton and Marriott brands. As their footprint expanded, they needed a digital platform that could reflect the caliber of their work, support real-time updates, and speak directly to both prospective partners and top-tier talent.
The client came to us with content already in hand - clear, thoughtful, and ready for launch. Our role was to design the architecture, CMS, and visual interface to carry it. The Challenge
The original website no longer reflected the caliber of Hospitality America’s work or the scale of its team and portfolio. Internally, updates were slow and disjointed. Externally, key audiences had trouble navigating content or finding the information that mattered most whether career opportunities, leadership bios, or property details.
With core content and vision already developed by the client, the task was to build a modern system that could do it justice: structurally sound, visually sharp, and easy to manage.

Our Solution
We led the architectural and visual transformation of the site working in direct collaboration with the client’s team to bring their voice and vision online.
Structural Design
We mapped a simplified site architecture that balances depth with usability. Pages were streamlined to reflect the needs of three core audiences: partners, professionals, and brand stakeholders.
CMS Development
Built two flexible, fully structured CMS systems one for the leadership team and one for the property portfolio complete with searchable, pop-up bios and filterable layouts. All fields were designed for easy, in-house updates.
Visual Direction
Designed a modern interface that reflects the company’s professionalism without feeling corporate. Leveraged the existing brand palette to create visual consistency across pages, with bold sectioning and intuitive scroll
behavior.
Training & Technical Support
