A design for busy art, yoga, and theatre community
Catalyst 926 is more than a studio—it’s a live, breathing community space where yoga, art, theatre, and events all share the same roof. When they came to us, the brief was clear: redesign the website, modernize the experience, and migrate active subscribers into a new Wix Studio build without disrupting their day-to-day operations.

Our goal:
Deliver a fresh, cohesive new site in Wix Studio
Clarify how visitors discover Yoga, Art, and Theatre
Centralize events while still honoring category-specific experiences
Inform subscribers with minimal friction and maximum transparency
And do it all in a way that felt smooth for both the owner and the community.
From “Nice Website” to a Clear, Conversion-Ready Experience
The old site had done its job for a while, but as Catalyst 926 grew, the structure started to show its age. Class info, events, and booking paths weren’t always intuitive to navigate, especially for new visitors.
In the redesign, we focused on three pillars:
Clarity of navigation
Dedicated landing pages for Yoga, Art, and Theatre
A clear Events hub to showcase everything happening at the studio
Space for a Venue Rental page that could be turned on when ready
Clean, modern design
A refreshed visual system anchored around the studio’s round logo and brand personality
Layouts that feel airy and creative while still being highly functional
A mobile experience optimized for booking classes and checking event details on the go
Conversion-focused flows
Straightforward paths from interest → information → booking
Clear differentiation between drop-in events, classes, and plan-based offerings
The result: a site that looks like Catalyst 926 feels—creative, warm, and organized.
Events, Calendars, and Category-Based Browsing
A core part of the project was building an event system that could grow with the studio.
We structured the site so that:
Visitors can browse all upcoming events in one place
Individual sections (like Yoga, Art, or Theatre) can highlight only the events relevant to that category
The studio can easily adjust offerings—retiring old classes, adding new ones, and reclassifying events—without needing to rebuild layouts from scratch
Along the way, we refined details like:
Removing programs that were no longer offered from Yoga listings
Clarifying which recurring events should live under Art vs. Yoga
Preparing the structure so that special classes (like recurring free sessions) can be added as proper events later
It’s flexible enough for the team to evolve the programming over time, without sacrificing clarity.
Subscriber Migration: Hundreds of Members, Zero Guesswork
Behind the scenes, the most critical piece of this project was subscriber migration.
Catalyst 926 had an existing system with:
Active yoga subscribers holding session-based plans
Online ticket sales for theatre and art events
A community that relies on smooth logins, accurate plan usage, and predictable access
We approached migration with a focus on:
Compliance and data privacy Modern policies and platform rules don’t allow copying passwords or sensitive data between sites. Instead of forcing a fragile workaround, we aligned the process with best practices, including secure handling of member data and clear communication to subscribers.
Continuity of experience Plans, classes, and events were mirrored into the new site structure so subscribers could continue attending without feeling like they were starting over.
Transparent communication The owner notified subscribers ahead of time that a migration was coming and that they might be prompted to reset passwords. We supported this with clear explanations of what to expect and why it mattered for security and stability.
On launch night, our team monitored the migration and site behavior in real time, testing the booking experience, verifying that events rendered properly under Yoga, Art, and Theatre, and staying available while the client clicked through pages and checked flows.
Launch Day: Late-Night Checks and Real-Time Tweaks
Because Catalyst 926 operates in the real world—with paying clients, live classes, and shows on the calendar—launch timing mattered. We coordinated a window that worked across time zones, then:
Activated the new Wix Studio site
Ran through a full round of live testing
Confirmed that events, bookings, and subscriber experiences were behaving as expected
Adjusted content based on the owner’s real-time feedback (including small edits to which offerings appeared where)
Within hours, the studio had a fully live, fully migrated site—and a plan in place in case any subscribers had questions.
Shortly after launch, the client wrote:
“Great team work. Love what you guys have done.”
That’s exactly the kind of post-launch message we aim for.
Training and Handoff
To make sure Catalyst 926 could operate confidently on their own, we:
Recorded training videos walking through how to manage events on the new site
Offered a post-launch training session to cover updating classes, managing calendars, and working with bookings
Left the team with a structure that doesn’t require a developer for day-to-day updates
The goal was not just to launch a beautiful site, but to hand over a system the studio can actually live in and grow with.
The Outcome
With the new catalyst926.com live, Catalyst 926 now has:
A modern, cohesive Wix Studio website that reflects their brand
Clear paths into Yoga, Art, Theatre, Events, and (when ready) Venue Rentals
A more intuitive experience for visitors and subscribers
A subscriber and events setup that respects both growth and compliance
A launch that prioritized continuity for their community
For us, this project was the perfect blend of UX, design, and systems thinking—the kind of work we love doing for studios, venues, and creative spaces that need more than “just a website.”
If you’re planning a redesign that involves live subscribers, bookings, or complex events, this is exactly the kind of migration strategy we can help you architect and execute.
