Some companies manage hotels.
Hospitality America builds careers, communities, and performance ecosystems.
Their executive team doesn’t just track metrics they shape cultures that thrive.
Over the past 30 years, Hospitality America has grown a portfolio of award-winning properties across the U.S., from lifestyle and full-service brands to select-service hotels and hospitality innovation hubs.
Technology & Architecture
The platform was built in Wix Studio, using a fully dynamic, CMS-driven architecture designed for scalability and structured content management.
At the core of the build is a collection-based CMS system supporting three primary data groups:
Properties
Leadership
Careers
These collections are structured with relational fields, enabling connections between datasets where needed and allowing content to be reused across multiple sections of the site without duplication.
Data Modeling & Content Structure
Each content type is managed through structured CMS collections with defined fields to support consistency and flexibility.
Properties: standardized fields for brand, location, category, and media
Leadership: profile-driven entries with structured bio and role data
Careers: role-based entries with location, department, and description fields
This structure allows for:
Centralized content updates
Consistent formatting across dynamic pages
Scalable expansion without redesign
Dynamic pages are generated directly from these collections, ensuring new entries automatically follow existing templates.
Front-End Implementation
The front-end is built using a modular component system, ensuring consistency across all page types.
Key elements include:
Reusable layout blocks for headers, content sections, and footers
Responsive design across standard breakpoints
Media optimization for images and video assets
Interactive components are intentionally lightweight and include:
Modal-based pop-ups for leadership bios
Anchor-based navigation for long-form pages
Filtered views for structured content like careers
Functionality
Core functionality is driven by CMS data and front-end logic:
Dynamic filtering for career listings based on structured fields
Anchor linking to improve navigation within long pages
Modal system for displaying additional content without page transitions
Portfolio display dynamically populated from property collections
All functionality is designed to operate without reliance on complex custom code, prioritizing stability and maintainability.
SEO & Performance
The site is structured to support search visibility and performance:
Clean URL structures generated from dynamic page logic
CMS-controlled metadata fields for titles and descriptions
Hierarchical page organization for crawlability
Optimized media loading across devices
Performance considerations include responsive asset loading and minimized interaction overhead.
Maintainability & Scalability
The system is designed for long-term use without ongoing development dependency:
Content can be added or updated directly through the CMS
New properties, roles, and team members automatically populate across the site
Modular structure allows sections to expand without affecting existing layouts
The result is a platform that supports continuous updates while maintaining structural consistency.
